Meet our New CEO

We extend a warm welcome to David Quilleon, our new CEO. David comes from Best Buddies International, Inc., where he served as senior vice president of global mission, state development, & operations. David’s extensive experience at Best Buddies, which spans more than 20 years, also includes roles such as as vice president of programs, state director at Best Buddies Illinois, coordinator of student activities at Florida Gulf Coast University, and program manager at Best Buddies Florida.

“We are thrilled that David Quilleon will be at the helm of Bridges,” said Richard Marriott, chairman. “His passion for inspiring and storytelling, combined with his strategic vision and results-driven approach, make him the ideal leader to guide our organization into the next chapter of Bridge’s growth.”

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications with an emphasis in journalism from the University of South Florida.

On June 16, 2025, at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C., Bridges Board Chair Richard E. Marriott (below, right) and PwC Managing Partner Jeanelle Johnson (left), co-chaired our annual gala, welcoming 950 guests and raising over $2 million to support the work of Bridges. Here are some of the top donors.
