Mock interviews simulate a real-world interaction between one of our youth and a hiring manager. Youth gain experience and learn from your feedback in a safe and supportive manner. Bridges can supply you with mock interview scripts or you may use your company’s materials.

Leading a tour of your worksite or host a job-shadowing event

Worksite tours give our youth an inside look at a real business environment. We can provide a sample agenda to help get you started.
